Disney are officially on the lookout for their live-action Sabine Wren for the upcoming Disney+ series, Ahsoka.

Last night THR revealed that Disney is looking to cast an actress in the role of Sabine Wren to star alongside Rosario Dawson in the upcoming Ahsoka series. Unfortunately THR did not provide any further details.

SlashFilm writer and friend of the site, Adam Fraiser tweeted that two actresses he’d heard were Lana Condor and Tati Gabrielle. Cinelinx Editor-in-Chief, Jordan Maison chimed in backing up what Adam had heard and added Havana Rose Lui to the list.

Lana Condor is best known for her lead role as Lara Jean in the To All The Boys trilogy and playing Jubilee in X-Men: Apocalypse.

Tati Gabrielle is probably best known for her role of Gaia in the CW series The 100. Gabrielle also starred in 15 episodes of the Chilling Adventures of Sabrina in which she played Prudence Night and can next be seen in the third season of the hit Netflix series, You.

Havana Rose Lui is the least known out of the rumoured front runners having only starred in a short film titled Girls Will Be and the movie Mayday

Personally my choice would be Lana Condor, but with her recently committing to a Hulu series, I don’t know how likely that is.

Either way it appears things are moving fairly quickly with the Ahsoka series with the rumoured casting of Mena Massoud as Ezra Bridger, Lars Mikkelsen as Grand Admiral Thrawn and now the search being on for Sabine Wren. Hopefully we get an update on the production soon.
