According to StarWarsNewsNet, Boba Fett will be on a quest of revenge and sporting new armour in The Book of Boba Fett.

You may remember last week SWNN released what they claimed to be official concept art of Darth Vader in the Obi-Wan Kenobi series along with two rendered images of set pictures they were shown. SWNN point out in this new Fett report that they aren’t as confident on this information as last weeks as they haven’t seen any of this first hand, but do trust the source.

StarWarsNewsNet are reporting that Boba Fett will be on a revenge mission in the series. This has been a theory some fans have been speculating for sometime, but according to SWNN, it is the case. SWNN mention that Fett is looking for individuals that have wronged him in the past including other bounty hunters.

There’s been whispers of bounty hunters seen in The Empire Strikes Back making an appearance, in particular Bossk. Personally I’d love to see Bossk back in action along with Dengar and crew. Temuera Morrison did previously state there would be flashbacks in the series so perhaps we’ll get to see the other bounty hunters in those sequences, maybe how they wronged Fett which will set up individual episodes as he attempts to hunt them down.

Lastly StarWarsNewsNet mention that Boba Fett will be sporting updated armour in the series. According to SWNN’s sources, the updated look has distinct differences from his final look in The Mandalorian, but the armour is “awesome” with a “much better paint job“. They note that it may seem unexpected given his brand new paint job towards the end of The Mandalorian season two, but say it could be a smart move from a marketing perspective which I totally agree with. They also speculate that perhaps it’ll help with the flashbacks scenes, showing Boba in his original attire as opposed to his current which makes a lot of sense too.

I personally can’t wait to see brand new live-action Star Wars on our screens this December and I truly hope these details provided by StarWarsNewsNet come to fruition.
