We’re currently live-blogging the events of the Lucasfilm, Marvel Studios and 20th Century presentation at the D23 Expo as the event is not being streamed to the public. You can follow with every announcement, reveal and update as it happens by clicking here.

The Lucasfilm, 20th Century, and Marvel Studios combined D23 presentation is currently ongoing, and Lucasfilm were first up to bat. During their presentation, LucasFilm president, Kathleen Kennedy, brought out none other than Dave Filoni himself who debuted the official trailer for the much anticipated animated anthology series, Star Wars: Tales of the Jedi. The trailer for the series was first shown exclusively to those in attendance of Star Wars Celebration back in May, although the trailer did leak online, as was an entire episode. The general public has finally been gifted a trailer for the series, but that’s not the only good news Filoni brought with him…all six episodes will release on Disney+ on October 26th.

Ahead of the presentation it was leaked by those in the room that all six episodes would release on October 26th, due to a teleprompter in view of the media with the announcement on screen spoiling the surprise. However I’m sure fans are elated at the news, and the all six episode release might fill the hole that’s left due to The Bad Batch season two being delayed until January 4th, confirming rumours from a few days ago. Anyway, you can watch the trailer for Star Wars: Tales of the Jedi below. Enjoy!
