It’s been six months since the third season of The Mandalorian wrapped, and four months since not one, but two trailers for the season was shown exclusively to those in attendance of this years Star Wars Celebration, but Lucasfilm have FINALLY released the teaser trailer for The Mandalorian season three to the public.

Lucasfilm debuted the trailer during this years D23 Expo as part of their joint presentation with Marvel Studios and 20th Century. Lucasfilm kicked off the presentation and debuted trailers for Tales of the Jedi, as well as the final trailer for Andor. During the presentation they also discussed upcoming series, Star Wars: Skeleton Crew, and debuted the first image of the series at the event and also the first image of Sabine Wren from The Mandalorian spin-off, Ahsoka. Lucasfilm in their Star Wars section unquestionably saved the best for last when they brought out Dave Filoni, Jon Favreau and the entire cast of The Mandalorian who unveiled the teaser trailer for season three which you can view below.

Back in May, executive producers, Jon Favreau and Dave Filoni, announced at Star Wars Celebration that season three of The Mandalorian will release in February of 2023. During that time Favreau also revealed that he was in the process of writing season four which is reportedly set to begin production later this month.
