Hello there! Before we continue with the article I kindly ask you to consider showing your support and appreciation for my work by tipping me via my Ko-Fi page here. Tips are quite rare around these parts, but I assure you no matter how big or small, each tip is deeply appreciated. Now, let’s get on with the news!
It’s been over six months since the teaser trailer for Star Wars: The Bad Batch season two was released at Star Wars Celebration and with the release of the new season fast approaching, fans have been clambering for the official trailer to release. And today it finally has.

This morning I woke up to find the official trailer for The Bad Batch season two had been uploaded to Disney+, but when I initially wrote this article, the trailer hadn’t been posted online by Disney or Lucasfilm. However the trailer has now been released on YouTube and Lucasfilm’s social media accounts.
The trailer builds upon the teaser trailer, showing Clone Force 99 taking on various missions, including one from Captain Rex. Echo worries about the Empire growing in strength and wanting the Bad Batch to do more to combat the super power, whereas on the opposite side, Commander Cody and Crosshair discuss more and more Clone Troopers questioning the Empire’s rule. Omega, sporting a new style and seemingly aged a few years, feels guilty about her brothers giving up ‘everything’ just for her. The trailer features high octane action, as you’d expect, and sets a dark tone for the new season. We see glimpses of Coruscant, Emperor Palpatine, Bail Organa and Gungi putting his lightsaber skills to the test against the Empire.
The second season of Star Wars: The Bad Batch will release on January 4th, exclusively on the Disney+.
