The highly anticipated third season of the Disney+ phenomenon, The Mandalorian, is just mere weeks away and debuts on the streaming service on March 1st. The promotional campaign for the third season has been ramping up in recent weeks with various television spots dropping, interviews with magazines and today we have a clip from the upcoming season which debuted on the Apple App Store.
The clip opens with Greef Karga, played by Carl Weathers, offering our hero, Din Djarin and his little green companion, Grogu, a place to stay on the thriving Nevarro. Djarin rejects the offer presented by Karga, which confuses the Magistrate of Nevarro, who questions Din on why he’s still travelling with Grogu (who’s spinning around on a chair) as he believed the Mandalorian had completed his quest. Din explains that though he fulfilled his quest, Grogu returned to him and in this process he removed his helmet which made him an apostate. As Grogu eyes up snacks on Karga’s desk, Greef hearing Din’s story once again attempts to convince our hero to stay on Nevarro where he’d be landed gentry, which is a person of high social class with a good social position connected to landed estates, and not an apostate seeking redemption. You can watch the clip below.
