Just days after a few LEGO Star Wars sets based on the upcoming The Mandalorian and Grogu film leaked, another one showcasing a brand new ship may just have been posted online.
It has been rumoured for a while now within the LEGO leaking circles that there will a set for the new movie called the Anzellan Starship; a vehicle piloted by Babu Frik’s kind. Now it is all but confirmed by LEGO themselves as apparent images of it have been shared by LEGO leaker bootlessbricks.
The ship is an all-new, rectangular design featuring a similar paint job as the new Razor Crest. It is largely grey with a few bits of yellow on top of the hull. Several engines can be seen stacked on top of eachother at the rear and a large, central cockpit at the front. There’s a side hatch to board and exit the ship.
The set contains two Anzellans, Grogu and a B-1 battle droid. This droid is missing its left arm and sports a dark coloured right arm. A red arm is included to complete the droid along with other accessories for the Anzellans.
The Anzellan Starship’s model number is 75445 and it contains 701 pieces for $74.99. The set will release with the other The Mandalorian and Grogu sets in May.
Due to copyright reasons, we cannot host the images of the ship on our site. However, you can view them at the Instagram post below (unless LEGO takes them down).
This set could be officially revealed by LEGO with the others as soon as this weekend. The New York Toy Fair is to be the first major part of Disney’s “Blockbuster Season” campaign. More Mandalorian and Grogu merchandise will seemingly get revealed later this week.
As someone who has been a fan of the Anzellans since Babu Frik’s appearance in The Rise of Skywalker trailer, the leaks of such of a ship intrigued me. Now I’ve seen the starships design in LEGO form, I’m quite happy with it. Hopefully it looks just as good if not better in live action on the big screen come May.
