Following my exclusive report earlier today regarding Rupert Friend playing the Grand Inquisitor in the Obi-Wan Kenobi series, a new report claims the Inquisitors are brutal in the series.

MakingStarWars.net when covering my report on Friend’s character added a few extra details regarding what they’ve heard about the Inquisitors. MSW back-up my report and add that they were told of a scene where Moses Ingram’s (The Queen’s Gambit) character cuts off the hands of a Tatooine citizen which amusingly shocks the Grand Inquisitor. MSW goes on to say that the group are brutal in the series, and this scene of Ingram’s Inquisitor is just an example of the brutality we’re set to see in the upcoming series.

One final tidbit from the site is they’ve heard that Ingram’s Inquisitor could be the third sister. Personally this isn’t something I’ve heard, but the only Inquisitor name I ever heard was that of the Grand Inquisitor. It’s also been previously reported by Cinelinx that Sung Kang (The Fast and Furious: Tokyo Drift) plays the Fifth Brother, which is something I was unable to confirm, but I was told he sports headgear similar to the Fifth Brother.

If you missed my initial exclusive report of Rupert Friend (Hitman: Agent 47) playing the Grand Inquisitor, you can read it in full here. During the article I mention hearing from multiple sources regarding the role Friend plays, and that Ingram’s Inquisitor is the most important Inquisitor, and could prove pivotal to particular plot point in the series.

Stay tuned to Bespin Bulletin for future updates on Obi-Wan Kenobi which is expected to release this May exclusively on Disney+.
