The wait is almost over. Fans of PowerWash Simulator 2 will soon be travelling to a galaxy far, far away. A brand new trailer showing new footage has also revealed the release date of the Star Wars expansion coming to the game.
It has been nearly two months since PowerWash Simulator 2 developers FuturLab announced that iconic Star Wars locations would be coming to the game. They also only said it would drop this summer. Now part of IGN Live, the PowerWash Simulator 2 STAR WARS Pack Date Announce Trailer is here.
The trailer reveals fans can clean up iconic vehicles from the Millennium Falcon to an AT-AT. These will be placed in the locations you know and love such as Hoth and an Imperial Star Destroyer. Tatooine will feature the Mos Eisley Cantina and Lars Homestead. You’ll even run into some Mouse and Gonk Droids. You can play solo or with a friend. Free Play will see up to four friends take on the Empire’s dirt.

As for its release date the Star Wars pack will be releasing on Thursday July 16th 2026. It will be available on PC, Xbox Series X|S, PlayStation 5 and Nintendo Switch 2. Fans can currently wishlist it on Xbox, Steam and the Epic Games Store. This DLC will require the base game to play it. No price has been confirmed for the DLC but given the fact that other expansions cost $5.99 / £6.50 / 5,99€, we should expect it to cost around the same price.
