New pieces of concept art from Star Wars Galactic Racer have been published by the title’s developer Fuse Games. These were released on the studio’s official social media channels.
The images display new looks at three of the four various crafts you’ll be able to pilot in the game: the skim speeder, landspeeder and speeder bike. All three of the ones made for the game are manufactured by the in-universe brand Kor Sarun.
On top of that, Fuse Games have provided details on each for them such as the inspiration for each design. We suspect both images and descriptions are going to be included within the upcoming book titled Star Wars: Galactic Racer: The Art of Speed.
The Kor Sarun Ciza T speeder bike
According to Fuse Games, the Kor Sarun: Ciza T speeder bike came down to a series of deliberate trade-offs between form, function and feel.
Senior Concept Artist Will Noviss explains how those decisions shaped the final design: “A key focus for the bike was making it feel powerful without exposing too many of the internal ‘under the hood’ elements. By concentrating detail around the rear and underside, we were able to communicate aggression and performance while keeping the top surfaces clean and sleek. Balancing the amount of visible panelling across the vehicle was crucial to support flexible livery design in future.”
Kor Sarun: Darc X landspeeder
According to Fuse Games, every decision on the Kor Sarun: Darc X landspeeder was about balancing identity, power, and style.
Senior Concept Artist, Will Noviss, explains how that came together: “With the Darc X landspeeder, we wanted it to feel both sleek and aggressive- balancing smooth curves with sharp, deliberate edges across the bumper, rear section and windshield. We also drew inspiration from the Knights of Ren and their transport ship design, borrowing its dark, angular silhouette to shape the vehicle’s overall form. That distinctive rear profile became a defining shape language across all vehicles in this theme, giving them a recognisable identity within the roster.”
Kor Sarun: Rak S skim speeder
According to Fuse Games, the Kor Sarun: Rak S skim speeder sits between reality and fiction; drawing from real-world vehicles while staying consistent with the game’s visual language.
Principle Vehicle Artist, Mike Whiteley, breaks down that balance: “The ‘Rak S’ was designed as part of the ‘Kor Sarun’ vehicle theme, drawing loosely from existing Sith-inspired designs that favour sleek, discreet forms with mechanical elements tucked beneath the bodywork. Real-world references like the F-117 Nighthawk helped ground the design, while incorporating both new and existing Star Wars cues ensured it felt familiar, but still fresh within the roster.
Unfortunately, there are no new images of pod racers but no doubt will be getting more information in the future.
