Tickets and additional information for Star Wars Celebration 2027 has just been announced by Lucasfilm. This followed the release of the final trailer and tickets for The Mandalorian and Grogu going on sale.
Star Wars Celebration 2027 takes place from April 1st through 4th 2027 at the LA Convention Centre. Which means we are a little under a year away from what will be an extremely exciting and special event for Star Wars fans. The franchise will celebrate its 50th anniversary next year and Lucasfilm are looking to go all out with the next Celebration. Fans can expect big announcements across films, video games, shows and more.
In a new article on StarWars.com, the company revealed to LA-based event’s key art and ticketing info. Tickets for Star Wars Celebration 2027 and preferred hotels will go on sale at 12pm PT / 8pm BST on May 6th 2026. That’s less than a month away.
Key Art
Unfortunately, the key art that contains original trilogy characters and the Los Angeles skyline was met with some criticism across social media. Some fans believed it was made with generative AI. However, an artist who worked on at an agency (that Disney and most other top studios work with) confirmed no AI was used.
The blog post also teasers there will be additional details that we will find out soon. This includes the first selection of merchandise and even special guests. Merch will also go on sale at the same time and date as tickets. Ticket pricing has also been published on the official event website.

These prices are a little higher than Celebration 2025 in Japan. That said, there is an extra day of the event this time. A standard shipping fee of $10 will apply to your purchase; this fee increases to $16 if your purchase includes 4 or more tickets. You can choose to upgrade to expedited 2-day shipping which is $18 for 1-3 tickets, and $22 for 4 or more tickets. Merchandise items may add additional fees to the shipping costs. International orders will not ship and must pick up their orders onsite.Â
Standard tickets will give event-goers access to exhibitors on the Show Floor, fan panels, interactive show feature areas, show store and more.Â
