Star Wars Galactic Racer has been out for a month now and fans are desperate for more content and bigger updates. A couple of hotfixes and a quality-of-life update came out just behind the full game but time is moving on and nothing has been communicated since the QoL patch last month.
This behaviour from Fuse Games has some players antsy over the game’s future. This is in spite of the game’s creative director saying “We’ll probably do some sort of DLC” prior to launch. In a bid to quell those feelings, the game’s publisher has given a reason for the lack of communication.
In a response on the game’s official Discord server, one of the Secret Mode admins reiterated that the dev team are “logging feedback” from players on Discord. Due to the sheer amount of feedback, they are unable to reply to each note.
It is also made clear that Fuse Games are currently busy continuing work on the game. The core reason why not much else is said is due to the team unwilling to “overpromise” and “ensure any changes are locked in” before they discuss them. An example given is the all-new key rebinding support which was mentioned in the patch notes for the last update. That feature is 100% coming at some point.

“We’ll only make announcements about feedback being implemented or changes being made to the game once they’re 100% confirmed.”
The game has only been out a month and the last update cameo out 2 weeks ago. How about we give them a few more weeks?
In other Star Wars Galactic Racer news, the game was one of the most downloaded PS5 games last month. Plus, the game could go beyond the game according to Lucasfilm. Learn more here.
